The World Record Wedding Video Event - revisited
NACE) to present a short seminar on team-building and the WRWVE. As I prepared the presentation, I realized once again the tremendous teamwork involved in the event- from the talented videographers that flew in from all over America and the wedding professionals that graciously donated their services. Everyone left their egos at home! Our local WRWVE committee came through when it counted the most.
I was able to visit the balcony once during the event- just before the ceremony began. I was awestruck with the gear assembled- over $500,000 in video equipment. But I was even more impressed as I saw the comraderie of the videographers focused on a common goal. It was as if I was watching a symphony- with no instrument dominating, but each harmonizing to the beautiful sound of the whole. The feeling was electric! I'll never foget that moment.
Our wonderful Bride and Groom - Farai and Alysia Melton - were most important members of our WRWVE team. They were always patient and cooperative in this unusual setting and always grateful to those that donated their time and effort to the event.
